Orders are released upon payment. You will receive notification that your order has been shipped with a note of your tracking number. If you have NOT received your order within 2-3 days (longer for rural deliveries) please contact your local PBT branch, quoting your tracking number. Goods can be requested to be left outside, however, if your order is stolen or damaged once the courier has delivered it, we cannot take any responsibility.

With the shift to Alert Level 2 on Thursday 14th May 2020, we have seen a large surge of parcels entering our network, with volumes surpassing even our busiest peak season.

This volume in conjunction with contactless transactions, COVID-19 health measures such as social distancing between Courier Franchisees and increased levels of hygiene requirements in our depots, mean that our business is under operational constraints resulting in extensive delays.

We are also facing the newfound challenge of limited access to customer facilities due to strict measures being appropriately put in place by businesses across New Zealand to limit interaction between courier and customer.

Rest assured, we are working around the clock to efficiently and safely sort, pick-up and deliver your freight. Over the course of the next few days, our teams will be working additional shifts, including over the weekend to clear as much volume as we can.

We are expecting in some cases an additional 4-5 days delay on all pick-up and delivery services on top of the current service standard. We are anticipating these delays for the immediate short term only which is mainly due to moving between alert levels.
